Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
Customer Needs Assessment: Understand and analyze customer needs to provide tailored finance and insurance solutions that meet their requirements.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly finance and insurance targets to drive business success and achieve performance goals.
Solution Provision: Offer expert advice and guidance on finance and insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and solutions.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on progress and achievements.
