About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to join our team in Swansea, NSW. The role involves providing high-quality support to a male client with a spinal injury. The successful candidates will be responsible for various aspects of personal care and daily living support.
**SLEEPOVER SHIFTS**
Shifts Available:
34 hours per fortnight

The successful candidates will be responsible for various aspects of personal care and daily living support.
**SLEEPOVER SHIFTS**
Shifts Available:
34 hours per fortnight
- Tuesdays - 4:45pm to 9:15am (Sleepover: 10pm to 6am) - 8.5 hours
- Saturdays - 4:45pm to 9:15am (Sleepover: 10pm to 6am) - 8.5 hours
Responsibilities:
- Manual handling using a hoist
- Complex bowel care
- Catheter care
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal preparation
- Mobility support
- Pressure area care and wound management
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent or at least 1 year relevant experience
- Experience in manual handling and using a hoist
- Knowledge of complex bowel care and catheter management
- Experience in personal care and wound management
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Working with Children Check NSW
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Quality Safety and You Certificate - modules completed online
