Customer Service Attendant - Chopstix or Fork

Panthers Penrith are seeking a passionate and dedicated customer service professional to join their friendly team.

We have an amazing opportunity available for an energetic and reliable individual to join our beverage team in our South-East Asian cuisine on a part time basis. You will be an exceptional team player with a welcoming smile and ensure excellent customer service is given to our members and guests at all times. You will strive to make sure our customers are our number one priority with your customer first attitude and ensure you provide consistent and exceptional customer service, all whilst helping create a fun environment for our members and guests.

Enjoying various tasks, your main duties will include, however are not limited to:

Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests;
Ensuring effective replenishment of products;
Cash handling duties;
Food and beverage service;
Consistent high quality cocktail service;
Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

At least 12 months experience in a customer service position in the hospitality industry preferred;
A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
A strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment;
RSA & RCG certificates;
Possess strong attention to detail;
Have a high standard of personal grooming.
