As an RSA Marshall at our Penrith site, you will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team who utilises their exceptional people skills to provide a secure and safe environment. You will enjoy a range of duties and will take pleasure in making sure our customers and guests are our number one priority.
Enjoying various tasks, your main duties will include, however are not limited to:
Liaising with patrons to ensure RSA regulations are understood and followed;
Offering of non-alcoholic beverages to patrons;
Identifying intoxicated patrons and notifying the relevant persons via two-way radios;
Patrolling various areas of the Club;
Maintaining effective relationships with external and internal customers;
Supporting of other departments as necessary;
Adhering to Panthers policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements and;
Any other duties as required to assist the Beverage team.
The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:
RSA and RCG Certificates;
Minimum 12 months of customer service experience;
Previous bar experience would be highly regarded
Exceptional communication skills;
High standard of personal grooming;
Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve;
Energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision;
Must be available Saturday nights, most Friday nights, Public Holidays and all Panthers Home Games.

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. This position requires availability for Friday nights and Saturday nights as well as public holidays and special events as required.
