About the Role:
The Administrative Support Officer is a member of the Conditions for Learning directorate and is responsible for providing a confidential and efficient administrative and data entry service to support processes and actions for the Intervention Order Notification System for the department and school community.
The Administrative Support Officer also provides general administrative support to the directorate as required, including fielding enquiries by phone or written correspondence and referring via appropriate pathways within the directorate or division.
Qualifications:
Desirable: An appropriate tertiary qualification.
Special Conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:
ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
