Overview
The Wholesale Customer Service Supervisor has primary responsibility for managing the order book within the wholesale channel, supervising a team of representatives to enhance Crocs’ success. In addition, this position will play a leadership role within the global customer service organization. Our customer service team is passionate about delighting customers, improving processes, and promoting a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to mentor others and help them grow while advancing your own skills as a leader. Our Supervisors are diligent in their work, ensuring attention to detail while considering the bigger picture and the needs of individual team members. You'll collaborate with different business teams to participate in a transformative effort. Your mission will be to improve the revenue and profit of our wholesale channel, managing our order book to enable faster and better decisions. You will also help maintain consistent processes with other regions.
