This position is a full-time, in office role in our Overland Park, KS corporate office.
Summary of Position:
Effectively lead and manage the strategic direction, development and execution of all food and beverage operations across multiple locations ensuring that all guest and client expectations are met/exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy aligned with the company’s goals
Oversee the creation and execution of business plans for all restaurants and food and beverage outlets
Ensure consistent brand standards and quality across all locations
Collaborate with F&B leadership team to monitor and evaluate the performance of food and beverage operations including labor management
Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and profitability
Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
In collaboration with executive leadership, develop and manage budgets for all food and beverage operations and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement
Implement effective cost-control measures without compromising quality

Possess strong leadership and managerial skills that include the ability to coach, develop and clearly communicate expectations
Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills with the ability to proactively recommend solutions
Must have financial background with the proven ability to identify opportunities for revenue and fiscal management
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS system functionality
Excellent customer service and people skills
Knowledge and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business or related field (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 10 (ten) years in food and beverage management with at least five (5)
years in a multi-unit leadership role.
