A Day in the Life
- You create relationships with every guest, personalize their experience with your natural and authentic personality and you go above and beyond to exceed their expectations
- You are constantly on the look out for ways to Wow our guests by anticipating their needs and delivering proactive service
- You proactively greet and assist each guest with a warm smile and friendly welcome
- You meet and exceed all of the service standards outlined by the company
- You park and retrieve guest vehicles, and assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and personal items from vehicles.
- You follow established systems, procedures and policies to ensure a safe and secure work environment and an organized and efficient workplace
- You maintain a clean, spotless work area and take pride in your work place
- You consider yourself very responsible, dependable and have a solid track record of attendance at previous job
- You take pride in your driving abilities and consider yourself a good or great driver. You don’t speed and you are very cautious by default, especially with other people’s property and vehicles.
- You perform well under pressure and you don’t get overwhelmed easily
- You are a great communicator and have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- You consider yourself a team player and you are open to meeting new people and working as a team to accomplish a common goal.
- You hustle to and from parking areas and have no objection to jogging or running for sustained periods of time.
All candidates for the Valet Parking position must be:
- At least 19 years of age
- Clean cut and professional appearance
- Good DMV record with no DUI history
- Have a valid California Driver License with proof of insurance
- Be a people person with a passion to serve
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Be a positive & enthusiastic team player
- Be physically fit and be able to run long distances for sustained periods of time
- Excellent written and organization skill
- $18 - $20 per hour starting + cash tips
