Duties and Responsibilities
This position is performed in a home office environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide review, editing, and document drafting support to the FSWAE program team
- Review and enhance documents and other messaging texts (including but not limited to websites, forms, guidance scripts for call center, and email templates) being used to communicate with foreign applicants for US visas.
- This will also include reviewing the FSWAE foreign applicant experience and public information about in-country messaging and applicant support services to strengthen our ability to ensure effective operations of the GSS FSWAE program in communicating with, and supporting, visa applicants.
- May write, rewrite and/or edit material for reports, manuals, briefs, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures
- May write or rewrite columns, articles, and stories according to requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or relevant military experience
- Computer skills required, Including MS office proficiency
- Must be able to learn new systems and applications.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and relate well to others
- Ability to manage individual workflow effectively and improve processes when necessary
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers both in written and verbal communications
- Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- Ability to show initiative and commitment to the company’s goals
- Ability to readily adapt to changing requirements
- Strong commitment to performing and producing at the highest level of quality at all times
