Description
Work directly with the ODA Executive Director on various projects which include, updating the employee Disciplinary Manual, finalizing the ODA standard operating procedure, developing templates for e Doc software, assist in editing the language of materials to be placed in the TEAMS database, develop the procedure for new staff, assist with the development of various forms.Prepare regular expenditure reports

There are several projects that the ODA Executive Director works on both within and outside of ODA which consist of a great deal of writing and editing.
The Employee Manual is critical for disciplinary training and there is a new code of conduct as well as time and leave procedure which information must be updated in the manual along with other procedural changes. Also developing various forms to streamline the disciplinary process as well as a form to provide probationary employees information.
Must have experience in federal/county/public office environment.
Microsoft Suite experience
