Responsibilities:
Manages and ensures timely completion of discrete technical or operational projects; establishes technical requirements for the project, defines project deliverables, budgets schedules and risks; oversees project team in the planning, tracking, and execution of the project from initiation to completion. Develop, execute, and deliver work packages; contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of program policies, procedures, and standards; determines service levels and enhancements; assists with the development and monitoring of program budgets; provides technical advice to staff and other departments; performs related work as required. The TPM 3 will define what will be accomplished to meet specific programmatic needs and produce the work products defined by the work assignments. They will function in an oversight role that will include contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of program policies, procedures and standards; determining program enhancements; providing technical advice to staff, other departments, and performs related work as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: minimum eight years in US Department of Energy (DOE), 5 years supporting Cat II Nuclear facilities.
- Must have documented experience performing management assessments, causal analysis, tracking, and trending of Performance Assurance data and development of Performance Assurance metrics.
- Documented experience supporting event investigations/Critiques/Root Cause/Effectiveness Reviews and corrective action management experience.
- Experience in developing and nurturing effective high-level internal and/or external customer relationships.
- Must possess relationship building, report writing, excellent communication skills, organization.
- Must possess knowledge of Devon Way software.
- Q-clearance.
- Must be US citizen.
- Successful drug screening.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance badge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer prior DOE experience supporting Deactivation & Decommissioning, environmental restoration and 413.3B construction projects.
- Ability to successfully plan, organize, lead, and monitor a wide variety of team efforts to completion.
- Ability to prepare and deliver performance status communications to all levels of management, both internal and external.
Location/Work Arrangement:
- This position is Remote with some travel / onsite requirements. Richland Duty Station due to proximity of project team and fabricators. Occasional trips to Los Alamos (on boarding and meetings on an “as-needed” basis).

Starting compensation for this role typically salary ranges between ($139,000) and ($149,000) annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
