Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
Assist clients with product information, order status, and troubleshooting as needed.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in office software applications.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining organized records.
