JOB SUMMARY
The representative will be part of a two-to-four-person team traveling to locations throughout North Idaho, Northern Oregon, and Washington State. You will be responsible for setting up shelving, resetting planograms, and merchandising convenience stores and smaller grocery stores to maximize sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday, most often starting early mornings at our Coeur d'Alene location. 4-8 days of overnight travel per month will be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete all requested store development projects as assigned.
• Provide sales support.
• Deliver products to customers, unloading and checking in orders, and completing proper paperwork.
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, rotating stock, and cleaning.
• Adjust shelving and install shelf tags.
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery operations.
• Maintain required certifications/licenses as required by the employer.
• Operate a 20' box truck.
• Build relationships with the team and senior leader to achieve the goals of Doyles Sheehan.
• Help establish and maintain appropriate parts in stock.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to complete visits with verbal and/or written instructions.
• Must be available for regular communication, primarily via email and telephone, with a supervisor.

• Capable of setting products, performing resets, and the installation of equipment.
• Ability to travel and work the assigned hours
• Experience influencing shelf and display allocation decisions by store management
• Experience communicating with customer employees and building positive relationships.

• Travel required within an assigned area

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in a related position.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and the ability to be insurable.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift and transport a minimum of 30 lbs. consistently and up to 70 lbs. intermittently.
• Must be able to stoop, twist, bend, squat, kneel, and reach below or above the shoulder.
• Must be able to walk and stand on concrete floors for up to 12 hours daily.
• Maintaining performance in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established quotas and standards.
• Tolerate temperatures ranging from (-) 20 degrees in the freezer to 115 degrees in the truck van.
