Located along the shores of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama, Current Tides Vacations Rentals is a fast-growing company offering vacation rental property management and real estate sales.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Current Tides housekeepers are compensated for high-quality performance, with cleaning requirements above industry standards. Training, an extensive cleaning checklist, & company best practices will be shared to ensure the team member is well equipped and prepared for the cleaning assigned.
This position is paid weekly (W-9 Contract) via direct deposit and pay is based upon the property type & size and ranges between $70 - $200 per property for regular cleans and double+ regular pay for deep cleans.
Deep Clean Schedule: typically assigned 1 - 2 deep cleans per week, each deep clean lasts 2-3 days.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pick up and drop off linens and cleaning supplies in pre-assigned bags at the Current Tides Warehouse in Gulf Shores, AL.
Cleans properties as assigned in Breezeway (willingness to download app on personal phone required).
Cleans properties per the Deep Clean or Departure Clean checklist with the specified cleaning supplies (cleaning supplies provided, personal vacuum & mop required) including making beds, sanitizing high touch areas, and overall clean appearance of the property between guest bookings.
Utilize Breezeway app to clock in and out from the assigned property and document the cleaning as required, including post-clean photos.
Willingness to return to property post-clean to rectify concerns should clean not pass inspection.
Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Must have reliable transportation.
Other duties as assigned or directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Have (1+) year experience in cleaning (preferably short-term rentals).
Working knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
Fluent English verbal/written skills and additional language knowledge are a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Teachable with the ability to app requirements.
Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency at times.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
