North Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Birmingham, AL is actively seeking a diligent RN Supervisor to lead our team! Are you a nursing expert? A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN RN
As an RN Supervisor, you provide quality care and the best nursing practices for our patients. You assess residents after injuries or accidents, investigate allegations of abuse, and delegate responsibility to nursing personnel, among other duties. Maintaining all shifts and work, you assist with scheduling and even make suggestions for hiring, disciplining, and evaluating staff. You help with budgets, maintain open communication, and ensure we are always being safe and meeting the best care objectives. As a patient and compassionate employee, you enjoy using your nursing skills to give our residents the best experiences possible!
REGISTERED NURSE / RN QUALIFICATIONS

A registered nurse with a current single or MS license, with no restrictions
Long-term care (LTC) experience
Prior rehab experience
Prior experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's patients
Computer skills
Excellent documentation skills
