GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY: Manage defined geographical territory with goal of increasing sales and profitability in accordance with corporate goals. Requires identifying, marketing and selling new accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develop a specific phone sales and marketing plan (consistent with overall business plan) to grow:
- Clinic base
- Preferred clinic network
Assist with the development of a sales script.
Develop a sales pipeline to support corporate growth objectives.
Identify, target and sell potential new clients including:
- 3rd party occupational health clinics
- Collection sites
Make cold calls to new and existing customers to explore business opportunities.
Generate product and/or service interest by demonstrating product features and benefits.
Relay laboratory services leads to appropriate Account Executive.
Support implementations as needed to ensure successful customer onboarding.
Oversee additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
Exhibit and promote corporate culture and values.
Present a highly professional image to clients and prospects.
Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all CRL, CRL subsidiaries, legal entities and client information.
Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job.

Keep work area neat and clean.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 2 years inside sales experience.
