Reception Attendant

We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable individual to work with our team!
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in person and on the phone
Answer inbound calls and assist other members of the team to help our customers
Accept payments, credit card & cash handling and close work orders
Perform data entry
Saturday work schedule required

Qualifications:

Must be a team player
Must have the desire to work with a team and the public
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have excellent phone etiquette
Must have strong cash handling experience and skill
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced office settng
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organization skills
