Basic Responsibilities
Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries
Maintain accurate records of client information, medical history, and treatments
Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures and treatments
Handle financial transactions, including collecting payments and processing invoices
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
Provide compassionate care and support to clients and their pets
