PT Evening Desk Agent
Overview
We are seeking a PT Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Check guests into rooms
- Make reservations for walk in guests
- Answer calls and questions from guests
- Do property walk and deliver amenities if requested
- Tidy desk area and complete a small check list
Requests
- Prior experience in hotel or resort settings is preferred but not required
- Willingness to help people
- A good knowledge of Durango and local activities
- Strong guest services skills with a keen attention to detail
- A welcoming and warm attitude
- Somewhat flexible schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
