**SUMMARY:**
The Project Administrator manages and distributes project documents and supports all project staff.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES:**
Perform administrative tasks: filing, logging correspondence, processing documents, and scheduling.
Oversee documentation, compliance reporting, and filing systems.
Assist with reports, presentations, procedures, and project manuals.
Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders; handle project documentation.
Input project data and work with the Construction Management Team on monthly reports.
Archive records and maintain document integrity.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
Associate's degree in Business Management or related field.
At least 1 year of document control experience, preferably in construction.
Equivalent education, training, or relevant experience considered.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:**
Strong computer, filing, and 10-key skills.
Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Discreet and skilled in handling confidential matters.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
Ability to manage tasks, adapt to priorities, and communicate effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
**WORKING CONDITIONS:**
Indoor work environment with occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.
Generally low to medium noise level; involves sitting, standing, walking, and typing.
