Your part in our Blue Care team
As a Personal Carer you’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
- Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

What makes a difference for us?
- Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required (Applicable only for Personal - Carer – Community Aged Care)
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
