Description:
Position Purpose:
Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Patient and Equipment Transporter. This position is responsible for the internal transport of patients and the distribution of assignment equipment.

Schedule Information: This position will be scheduled for 40 hours a week working during the day shift working:
Monday & Thursday 9am-5:30pm
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 7am-3:30pm - Day 1 Benefits for colleagues! Our comprehensive benefit package includes medical, vision, dental, paid time off, 403B, education assistance and more.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required.
- Prior experience in customer service and/or patient care preferred but not required.
What You Will Do:
- Respond to all questions and requests in a timely manner, providing the highest degree of customer service to patients and staff alike.
- Coordinates with team to dispatch transporters appropriately.
- Execute established procedures for decontamination, inspection, delivery of equipment and customer service relations.
- Demonstrate use of transfer techniques and equipment as needed.
