Part Time Front Desk Receptionist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Part time Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in medical reception is an added value.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Schedule patients with the appropriate provider
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Collect and verify insurance coverage for providers
- Maintain patient privacy by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Skills:
- Customer relation skills
- Organizational skills
- Clerical experience
- Data entry accuracy
