Online Boutique Customer Service Representative , Returns, and Misc. Tasks
Job Overview
This job entails several responsibilities including, but not limited to:
-Process returns online, and then re-bag, label, and restock them.
-Check and process damaged items
-Learn and be familiar with products and their location so you can provide accurate details to customers.
-Customer Service: Answer and take care of all phone calls and emails in a friendly manner. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Take care of any customer requests such as address or item changes, and update the team.
-Bag, label, and stock new items that are not individually packaged
-Unbox and stock new merchandise
-File and organize invoices; Use Quickbooks
-Take care of local pick-ups at our warehouse.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
