From coordinating training sessions to facilitating introductions with key stakeholders, you'll be responsible for creating a positive onboarding experience that sets the stage for success in their roles. Essential Duties: In addition to related job duties as assigned, this position will:
Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new employees in collaboration with HR team members and department managers.
Coordinate the pre-employment process.
Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires, providing an overview of our company culture, values, and policies.
Serve as the main point of contact for new employees throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing necessary support and guidance.
Collaborate with department managers to create and deliver role-specific training programs for new hires, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their positions.
Conduct regular check-ins with new employees to assess their progress and satisfaction with the onboarding process, making adjustments as needed to enhance their experience.
Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and employee information.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee onboarding, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
Previous experience in HR, talent acquisition, or employee onboarding, preferably in the mortgage banking industry.
Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulations is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

Physical Requirements
Stationary position; prolonged periods at a desk and working on the computer.
