The position will be responsible for generating New Business premium & policies for the agency. The position will be responsible for explaining and position appropriate policies for prospective clients that come into the agency. The position will be responsible for executing the sales system as outlined by the agency. The position will be held accountable for the following items:
1. Effective Execution of Agency Sales System2. Base Production Numbers3. 90 Day Retention of all New Business4. Adherence to Compliance & Underwriting Procedures5. Upholding Agency New Business Standards
Position Function
I. Responsible for actively soliciting and following up with prospective clients.II. Responsible for same day turn around of all prospective quotes III. Responsible for understanding all company underwriting guidelines and procedures IV. Responsible for increasing capacity on a monthly basis with respect to quoting and follow-up volume V. Responsible for generating referrals actively outside of the agencies marketing systems VI. Responsible for handling overflow phone answering when the Account Agent is on the phone with a client
