Job Title: CNA- long term care
Location: 707 Sheridan Avenue, Cody, WY 82414
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed)
Guaranteed Hours: 48
Pay Details:
TRAVELER ONLY:
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 100 mile radius from the facility AS PER YOUR DL):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $34.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,020.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $10.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $300.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $720.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $35.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $1,050.00
Education:

• Completion of a 2-year Associate Degree/BSN in Nursing

Experience:

• At least 2 years of recent LTC experience is required.

• Must be open to floating to different units.

• Previous travel experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience in rural or small facilities is highly preferred.

License Required:

• Must have an active WY CNA nursing license.

• Required certifications include BLS/CPR(AHA) Certification

Other Skills required:

• Patient care and assistance with daily activities

• Vital signs monitoring (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, temperature)

• Basic medical knowledge and terminology

• Effective communication with patients and healthcare team

• Compassion and empathy in patient interactions

• Time management and organizational skills

• Ability to follow care plans and protocols

• Infection control practices

• Documentation and reporting skills

• Teamwork and collaboration in a healthcare setting
