Geologics is seeking a talented MUOS Web Software Developer in our Scottsdale, AZ location for the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS).
Position: MUOS Web Software Developer
Type: W-2, Contract
Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
Pay: $52.00 - $61.80 per hour with limited benefits
Flexible schedules with every other Friday off work, if desired (9/80 schedule)
An active Secret clearance is highly preferred. The ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required for this position. Due to the nature of work performed in the facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Proven experience with web development environments and tools such as Django Python Framework, HTML 5, HTMX, Java Script, CSS, etc
Relational database administration experience such as MS SQL Server
Past experience source control such as Git Lab and Git
Capable of working on complex problems of diverse scope or situations or data that requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors

System administration for Hosting and Deployment within an enterprise environment with Active Directory authentication
Restful API Development
Designing and developing with Information Security in mind
Can provide specific, detailed information for software and technology selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Work with a small team to design, build, test, deploy and support enterprise web applications to modernize the management of data and design information developed for our customers. The web applications will allow the product development team to store project data in a relational database, where the data not only provides the customer with complex re-build, upgrade, and sustainment information, but the data is also available for data mining in support of maintaining licensed software installs, license allocation, and system configurations.
