Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
$32.32 - $35.51/hr - 36 hours/week guaranteed
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide essential nursing care to patients in various settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role involves working closely with patients and their families, performing assessments, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Candidates should possess a valid LPN license and have experience in nursing roles that may include family planning, home community care, or internal medicine. Familiarity with e Clinical Works is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in infection control practices is essential. Ideal candidates will have a background in hospice care or similar environments, demonstrating the ability to lift patients safely and provide compassionate care during critical times.

Pay: $32.32 - $35.51 per hour

- Shift - 7:00pm - 7:30am - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

- Will need NM LPN License and BLS

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide family planning education and support to patients.
- Assist with home community care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients.
- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe healthcare setting.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in internal medicine and hospice care settings.
- Perform procedures such as dialyzing patients when necessary.
- Utilize e Clinical Works for accurate documentation of patient information.
- Assist in cosmetic procedures, including the administration of dermal fillers when qualified.
