Position: LPN Clinical Marketing Liaison
Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado, USA
Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year, plus incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 5 years in healthcare hospice/home care and marketing/management.
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic LPN Clinical Marketing Liaison to drive growth and excellence in our home health, hospice, and palliative care services. This role is key to enhancing our community presence and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources. You will work closely with our clinical staff, educate providers and the public about hospice care, and contribute to strategic planning and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our Anova Care Program.
· Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.
· Educate providers and the public about hospice care, driving new referrals.
· Conduct sales calls, presentations, and participate in strategic meetings.
· Conduct comprehensive client assessments to ensure the highest standard of care.
· Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
· Ensure compassionate patient and family interactions regarding end-of-life care.
· Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
· Works in concert with the clinical staff
· Has a compassionate approach to patients and their families regarding end-of-life issues
· Has exceptional understanding of end-of-life disease specific symptoms and care
· Prepares and conducts sales calls and presentations to potential referral sources
· Participates in weekly development meetings; completes and submits, as required, all activity reports and documentation
· Participates in strategic planning and the analysis for their assigned territory in conjunction with the hospice agency business plan
· Participates in community and organizational programs as requested to promote professional growth and understanding of hospice care
Position Qualifications:
· LPN with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare hospice/home care and marketing or management.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing or a health-related field preferred.
· Proven ability to meet or exceed referral quotas and goals.
· Exceptional understanding of end-of-life care and disease-specific symptoms.
· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Hospice/Home Care marketing experience preferred

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, in-person at our Greenwood Village office.
