Job Description:
TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC location for a Loss Prevention Associate that will support a large-scale manufacturing campus. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of CTPAT requirements.
- Acts as part of the emergency response team.
- Accurately document and record vehicles that enter on property.
- Accurately document and record persons that enter the facility.
- Ensure processes and procedures are consistently implemented.
- Assist in investigations of any issues, such as violations, theft, disturbance on site, etc. as directed.
- Assist in the review of camera footage and other means necessary involving incidents, theft, etc. as directed.
- Investigate security breaches as directed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Good reading and writing skills are a must
- Additional coursework and training in loss prevention or similar field will be an asset.
Knowledge and Experience
- Completion of the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy 12-week basic curriculum or an equivalent CALEA accredited curriculum is desirable.
- Proven experience in loss prevention is preferred.
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g., CCTV, access control programs)
- Experience in emergency response activities.
- General knowledge of loss prevention protocols and procedures
- A basic proficiency with computer hardware and software
- Documented communication and people skills
- Good organizational skills
- Committed and dependable
- Attention to details is a must.
- Ability to write legible on printed documents that can be read by others.
- Ability to accurately enter pertinent data into various database systems.
Physical Demands
- Sitting for extended periods.
- Extended periods of viewing monitors
- Able to work in various temperature conditions.
