Primary Purpose Oversees the daily operations of their team, ensuring the effective management of daily MTech transactions, including vendor purchase orders, cost center allocations, scale ticket validations and weekly settlement preparations. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, conducting data-driven analysis and ensuring compliance within the Live Operations department. Major Duties & Responsibilities
Oversees the daily operations related to MTech transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with company policies and procedures, while also generating and reviewing settlements for accuracy and alignment with financial requirements.
Manage and mentor their team, providing guidance, training and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards. Generate regular reports on MTech activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Conduct analyses on operational efficiency, identifying key metrics and organizing data to pinpoint areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
Work closely with other departments, such as Procurement, Finance, and Operations, to align MTech activities with overall business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Previous experience working in a vertically integrated poultry company preferred.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of MTech systems and transaction management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
