Position Summary:
The Learning Specialist will develop and implement strategies for meeting emergent learning needs across the organization and fostering a Culture of Learning at Milo’s Tea Company. To collaborate, consult, and partner with TEAm members across the organization in addressing emergent learning needs to building a Culture of Learning.
Responsibilities:
Administrator and expand Milo's learning catalog and curriculum.
Identify and/or develop innovative learning opportunities for group and individual instruction covering a range of operational and corporate areas.
Leads efforts to develop and execute assigned learning projects and initiatives.
Collaborates and consults with business units to understand and address learning needs.
Delivers learning programs through workshops, coaching, presentations, group discussions and leadership forums delivered in-person and virtually.
Perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
Evaluates effectiveness of learning programs and utilizes data for continuous improvement.
This position has responsibilities essential to Food Safety.
Invests in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; preferred specialization in education, adult learning, technical education, training, or at least 3 years of relevant full-time work experience.
Direct training experience is highly desirable. This would include training employees and/or adult learners, one-one, in small groups or in a classroom setting, identifying learning objectives, and evaluating lessons to ensure objectives were met.
Operational Knowledge: experience working in operational settings, with an understanding of the challenges and dynamics involved in integrating learning solutions into operational processes.
Excellent organizational skills and computer proficiency in MS Office required.
Ability to work effectively with and influence stakeholders at multiple organization levels from executives to individual.
