Investigator
Seeking a skilled Investigator to join our team. As an Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence, and analyzing data to support investigations . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to write comprehensive reports.
Duties:
- Conduct investigations
- Locate witnesses
- Draft legal investigative documents such as witness affidavits
- Available to work with court calendar for duration of trials, hearings, etc.
-Serve various legal documents
- Gather evidence through surveillance, interviews, and data collection
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with various agencies and legal professionals as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards throughout the investigation process
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must have working knowledge of the community
- Must be a self-starter that can work independently and have strong critical thinking skills
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Well organized and able to work under strict time constraints and prioritize
- Proven experience in conducting criminal investigations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and data collection methods
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to investigations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in law enforcement or related field
- Certification in investigative techniques
