Job Summary:
The Human Resources Technician independently performs a wide variety of technical activities in the areas of recruitment and selection, employment law compliance, training, and other related areas. Work involves completing, processing and auditing documents and providing technical information and assistance to managers, employees and applicants. The work performed is broad in scope but has standard methods, established rules, policies, procedures and guidelines.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience(s): One (1) year of technical level human resources experience; or two (2) years of administrative experience of which a substantial part of the duties involved human resources work.
- License(s)/Certification(s): None
