Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation
JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide administrative and technical support relative to the recruitment and testing processes for assigned position vacancies, written test administration and monitoring, assessment centers and uniformed promotional processes for the Employment Division of the Department of Human Resources.
This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening.
Essential Functions
Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities
These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of two (2) years of college or vocational technical school coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, or a related area; and two (2) years of experience in administrative record keeping, screening applications/resumes for minimum qualifications preferably utilizing an applicant tracking system or related experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
