Compiles payroll data such as worked hours, garnishments, taxes, deductions to be withheld, and employee direct deposit information,

Processes employee absence plans promotions and manual corrections

Records changes affecting new wages such as exemptions and miscellaneous employee deductions.

Processing W-4 and direct deposit information changes from existing team member's and additions for new hire orientation

Customer Service with the payroll call center

Monitor and audit supervisor access to API

Prepares and inputs manual direct deposits for off-cycle payments and corrections

Trains new supervisors in API basic functions

Understands all payroll/HR policies and functions as resource

Understands Bargaining Unit contract and functions as resource
