Pop Stroke currently has 14 locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, South Carolina and Nevada, with three additional venues under development and expected to open by the end of 2024.

We're on the hunt for enthusiasts and smile artists, who can turn a simple greeting into a dazzling spectacle and make every guest feel like a VIP superstar! Let's turn every guest visit into a front-row experience and keep the energy flowing like confetti.

starting at $11.35/hr plus tips (earning potential of up to $40/hr)

What you'll do

Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times.
Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, while explaining Pop Stroke mobile ordering concept.
Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries.
Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.
Assist the F&B staff as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu and other information in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain the Host area fully stocked and clean.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous host experience in a high-volume environment preferred
Previous guest service experience
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Excellent teamwork abilities
Excellent communication and organization skills
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment
