Help Desk / IT
Job Location: AMS Arkansas

Compensation: $19 - $22 an hour.

Qualifications & competencies:

Minimum 1 year tech-support experience
Ability to troubleshoot and deploy Windows 7/8.1/10, Chrome OS, i OS and Android devices on-site and remotely
Ability to troubleshoot and install PCs, AV equipment, phones, printers, projectors, and other devices
Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, One Drive, etc.)
Familiarity with the basic concepts of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, Active Directory, Google Apps and Office 365
Maintenance and creation of network documentation
Ability to work independently or with a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
