Hourly Rate: $32.00 (USD)
About the role The Guest Experience Agent Assist in responding to a wide variety of vip guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you will do
Conducts outreach for all VIP guests under the Guest Experience belt. This includes emails, chat and phone calls . Handles all vip guests interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assist vip guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices. (50%)
Assist Managers with preparing for incoming arrival for the day. Reviewing itineraries, room status and tacking flight times. Greet selected guests upon arrival when needed ensure personalized and exceptional service.
Coordinate between all departments to ensure guest needs are meet and exceeded including arranging special amenities on arrival, turndown and departure. (20%)
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Em Pact. (10%)
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%)
Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing. (10%)
What you bring
High School education. Bachelor's degree’s preferred
2 years of Guest Service/Front of the House/Concierge
Ability to read, write and English. Must be highly proficient in computer skills and multi-tasking
