POSITION SUMMARY:
Transports and visitors from entrance to and from their point of service either in wheelchair or Caddy following established procedures in a safe and efficient manner. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as Health System Incentives.

On the job training provided.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
N/A

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Knowledge of hospital locations and departments essential. Good oral communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively and respectfully interact with all levels of staff and the public within the organization and community. Successful completion of annual job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.
