Hours per day: 11.5 or as assigned Rotation: 3x3 or as assigned Reports to: Camp Manager Purpose of Position: Perform any combination of administrative support for the camp with regards to billeting and front desk duties. Follow company safety standards. Educational Requirements:
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Experience and Background:
Preferred: One year of work experience or training which demonstrates suitability for and knowledge of what is required in this type of work.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
Respond to guests’ requests and questions immediately.
Enjoy working with people; friendly, helpful and patient.
Have a service oriented relationship with the camp guests.
Good communication skills.
Able to record information accurately;
Able to work as part of a team and independently.
Must be able to stay calm in difficult and stressful conditions.
Certificates, Licenses and Requirements:
Valid Driver License that meets ICE Services insurance criteria.
Ability to lift & carry 20 pounds on regular basis, routine walking, standing, bending. There is a lack of immediate access to critical medical services, as well as urban community services.
Must pass pre-hire drug test, breath alcohol test, occupational fitness test, criminal background check and computer-based testing.
Rotational schedule of at least 11.50 hours per day for a minimum of 21 days consecutive as required.

Answering phones, operating the cash register, credit card machine and providing front desk support by assisting with the ordering and stocking the commissary.
Help maintain the professional appearance of the front office and maintain the organization of the stock room.
Coordinate temporary or permanent living quarters for clients, employees and guests.
Maintain database for vacancy/occupancy and prepare daily reports, as needed.
Schedule, track and confirm flights and billeting.
Track job costs.
Order and track office supplies.
Perform all office responsibilities accurately and timely.
