This is a casual position and we are offering a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).

The Production Assistant prepares all starches, vegetables, soups, salads, and/or baked goods as assigned. These food items are served to the Residents and in the staff Cafeteria, plus for all special functions as requested.
- Short order Cook duties in assigned service area.
- Prepares food items according to recipes and daily production needs for area assigned and special function events.
- Maintains proper amount of prepared food item on service lines, delivering all items in a timely manner, paying attention to food quality, temperature and appearance.
- Performs all preparation work for next meal as assigned per production needs.
- Responsible for food orders through point of sale system and ensures accurate meal delivery (specific to PRC).
- Calculate food order cost and collect cash payment or utilize account charge information (specific to PRC).
Performs other duties as assigned.
