Job Summary

As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for purchasing, warehousing and inventory management activities at a specific unit/location. This includes implementing best practices, driving supply chain process improvements, and maintaining "show quality" of all areas at all times.

Detailed Responsibilities

Oversees receiving and distribution process by collaborating with operations and culinary teams to ensure accuracy and safe delivery of product
Manages on-hand inventory to optimize stock on hand and minimize loss to include product rotation and regularly scheduled inventory counts
Manages, hires, schedules and trains hourly warehouse team members
Ensures team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook
Develops a thorough understanding of menus, products, packaging and pricing of all stadium food and beverage offerings
Establishes rapport with team members, management and partners
Employs stellar safety and sanitation practices
Safeguards and maintains all purchasing/warehouse equipment
Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing and/or Receiving/Distribution required
Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality or similar is preferred
High level of computer literacy and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
