Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them to customers.
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed.
- Clear tables and clean dining areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth food service operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or requests promptly.
Skills:
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Catering: Experience in catering events and managing large volumes of food orders.
- Kitchen: Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and basic cooking techniques.
- Food service: Understanding of restaurant operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hotel: Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Cleanliness: Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Bussing: Ability to assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Hospitality: A friendly and welcoming demeanor to provide excellent customer service.
