Busser/Food Runner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in the food service industry. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to cleanliness and organization within the restaurant environment.
Duties

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
Help set up and break down catering events as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Respond to guest inquiries and assist with any special requests or needs.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards within the food industry.
A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
Experience in catering services is a plus, but not required.
