Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers and kitchen staff by maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining areas, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Physical Setting:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers and kitchen staff by maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining areas, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food items, and providing any additional support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering functions.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer needs.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for both guests and staff.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
