CMC Hotels is a Raleigh, North Carolina based company specializing in the development, acquisition, repositioning and management of upscale limited service, extended stay, and full service hotels, to include Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt House, located from the Wilmington Beach area to Charlotte, NC.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our CMC Management Team as the Food & Beverage Manager.

Job Duties:

Manage all F&B operations
Hire, train, and coach all F&B associates
Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
Assist Hotel General Manager and participate in our Manager on Duty program
Audit and confirm all Food and Beverage meet franchise and CMC Hotels standard

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts, preferred
Minimum 1-year management experience and or 2 years Hotel restaurant experience
Must be able to perform all F&B duties, to include cooking, bartending, and serving
Experience with Micros operating systems a plus
Guest oriented and service minded
Able to multi-task and delegate, in order to complete tasks in a timely manner
Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
Serv Safe certified a preferred
