Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness classes in various disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, Cross Fit, and dance
- Provide personalized fitness training sessions to clients
- Develop and implement effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor and track client progress and provide feedback and guidance
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in various fitness disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, Cross Fit, and dance
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a positive workout environment
- Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote services and attract new clients
- Sports coaching experience is a plus
