Family Services Manager - Evening and Weekends
Ronald Mc Donald House Charities of the Red River Valley is hiring Evening and Weekend Managers for our Fargo facility. The Evening and Weekend Manager is a part-time, non-exempt position that is responsible for the continuation of guest services and a safe environment for families throughout their shift. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable and safe environment for families as well as facilitating a sense of community and restful atmosphere among guests. Duties includes management of the family services including guest intake and support during shift, overseeing Ronald Mc Donald House operations to maintain cleanliness, safety and order in the facility, and supervise volunteers on-site during shift.
Shifts/Special Note:
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:

Shifts/Special Note:
- This position is part-time, but a full-time schedule with benefits is a possibility if you are available consistently for weekend hours.
- Shift times include:
- Monday-Friday: 4pm-11pm
- Weekends: 8am-4pm or 4 pm-11pm
- shifts every other weekend
- A heart for providing exceptional service and support to RMHC-RRV guests
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multi-faceted demands and deadlines
- Understanding of the concepts of confidentiality and personal and professional boundaries.
- A can-do attitude and heart for embracing “other duties as assigned” as they relate to our strategic goals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, on-call coverage, and other coverage as needed
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Rotating weekends
- Fargo, ND 58104: Relocate before starting work (Required)
